On the afternoon of May 12th, Wang Xianyong, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, Zhong Guanxian, Director of the Financial and Economic Working Committee of the County People's Congress, Song Jianmin, Deputy Chairman of the Financial and Economic Working Committee, Xu Lixia, Deputy Director of the Financial and Economic Working Committee, and all members of the representative group of the People's Congress of Fuchunjiang Town and Xinhe Township, as well as relevant personnel from the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, County Science and Technology Bureau, and County Committee Talent Office, visited Hangzhou Panasia Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd. to inspect the employment and prosperity project goals.
Ye Rujun, Chairman of Hangzhou Panasia Runsheng Holdings Co., Ltd., and Yao Lei, Deputy General Manager of Hangzhou Panasia Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd. accompanied representatives of the county people's congress to visit the company's intelligent command center and main production workshops. Ye provided a detailed introduction to the entire production process of the product and the company's current digital construction situation.
Deputy Director Wang inquired about Panasia's production and operation, personnel reserves, and other aspects. He emphasized that this visit will focus on the 2023 County Government's Livelihood Practical Project Employment and Wealth Project, with the aim of promoting the smooth implementation of the Livelihood Practical Project. At present, Panasia Sanitary Ware has nearly a thousand active employees, and the company provides them with various employment positions, providing subsidies for new employees, and providing collective dormitories for employees from other places, which not only stabilizes their income but also alleviates certain living pressures.

Every year, Panasia formulates various training budgets and plans, and regularly invites technical teachers to the company for skill training. Starting from 2021, under the guidance of the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the company has organized frontline employees to participate in skill training and skill certification exams. It has successively recognized 156 skilled talents in professions such as lathe workers and fitters, and established a skill allowance system for technical workers, which has received widespread praise from frontline workers. This year's skill training and certification work is also in full swing, with an estimated recognition of over 50 skilled foundry and lathe workers.
